How to download my invoice

Need a receipt for your records or to submit an expense report? Here’s how to access and download your invoices through our billing partner and merchant of record, LemonSqueezy.


🧭 Overview

All purchases and subscriptions are securely processed through LemonSqueezy, our official payment provider and merchant of record. You can access your invoice(s) at any time via the Customer Portal.



🧾 Step-by-Step: Download Your Invoice

1. Log in to your account

Log in to your APImage account and click on “Settings” or “User Profile”. Scroll down to the billing section and click on “Manage Plan”.

2. Access the Billing Portal

The link will take you to a secure LemonSqueezy page, where you can:

  • View your active subscriptions
  • Manage your payment method
  • Download invoices for each charge

3. Download Your Invoice

In the billing portal:

  1. Find the relevant payment entry
  2. Click “View Invoice”
  3. Click “Download PDF” or “Print”

Each invoice includes your company details, VAT (if applicable), and the product or plan name.


🏢 Add Company or VAT Details

To include your business name or EU VAT ID on the invoice:

  1. Open the billing portal
  2. Click the “Add business info” option
  3. Enter your company name, address, and VAT ID
  4. Save and re-download the updated invoice

VAT charges are automatically removed for eligible EU businesses with a valid VAT number.


🙋 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I don’t see any invoices in the portal. What do I do?

A: Make sure you're using the same email address used at checkout. If you still can't find them, contact us directly.

Q: Can I get a recurring monthly invoice?

A: Yes. Each time your subscription renews, a new invoice is automatically sent to your email and stored in the billing portal.

Q: Are LemonSqueezy invoices legally valid?

A: Yes. Invoices from LemonSqueezy include all required fields for most jurisdictions, including company info, VAT breakdown, and purchase details.
